Huntington Hospital's
Healthy Eating Lifestyle Program:Diabetes gives you the information you need to prevent diabetes if it is part of your family history, or if you are at risk for diabetes.



This program will also give you the information you need to control your blood sugar to reduce or prevent complications of diabetes if you already have it.



The Healthy Living Lifestyle Program: Diabetes was designed by experts, including doctors, registered dietitians, and exercise specialists.


The activities in each workshop will help you apply the information you learn to your current lifestyle.
