Healthy Eating Lifestyle Program is a high FACTS plan that
makes healthy habits simple and fun for the whole family.
The Healthy Eating Lifestyle Program was designed by experts,
including pediatricians, registered dietitians, and exercise specialists
for families of children experiencing weight issues.
With activities for kids aged 5-12 and their parents, the six-session
workshop covers food and fitness FUNdamentals.
Topics include smart shopping, family meal planning, eating at
fast food restaurants, dining on special occasions, and creating
simple recipes. H.E.L.P has everything
you need to make your family live healthier and happier.
